How do I update my payment information?

To update or change your payment information, follow the steps below. 

1. Open the Cognito Portal, and select Billing on the side menu

2. Under Payment Method, select Update 

3. Add in your new credit card information, select Update Credit Card, and your new payment method will be updated!
