What does the ADHD Program include?

The Comprehensive ADHD program includes:

1. Pre-diagnosis online assessment.
2. Preliminary intake consultation with a Nurse Practitioner.
3. A full ADHD assessment with a Nurse Practitioner.
4. Upon positive diagnosis:
   ○ Prescription faxed to the pharmacy of your choice (medication costs are not included in this program).
   ○ Follow ups with a Nurse Practitioner.
   ○ Two 30 minute ADHD coaching sessions a month.
5. Self-directed online courses.
6. Daily affirmation text messages.
7. Group Therapy Sessions

The Comprehensive ADHD Program is $169 per month
