What can I expect with the ADHD program?

We are proud to offer a full program to treat ADHD. Our program includes:

1. Pre-diagnosis online assessment.
   
2. Preliminary intake consultation with a Nurse Practitioner.
   
3. A full ADHD assessment with a Nurse Practitioner.
   
4. Upon positive diagnosis:
   
   • Prescription faxed to the pharmacy of your choice (medication costs are not included in this program).
     
   • Follow ups with a Nurse Practitioner.
     
   • Two 30 minute ADHD coaching sessions a month.
5. Self-directed online courses.
   
6. Daily affirmation text messages.
   
7. Group Therapy Sessions

The Cognito ADHD Program is $169 per month.
