How do I reschedule my appointment?

To reschedule your appointment, follow the steps below:

1. Open up the Cognito Portal, and select Bookings on the side menu 

2. Under Upcoming, you will see your upcoming bookings. Click the Reschedule button in the bottom of the upcoming booking.

 

4. Find a date that works best for you. 

5. Select a time that suits your schedule. 

6. Please enter your reason for rescheduling, your phone number, and any other information that will help prepare for the meeting. 

Select Update Event, and your appointment will be rescheduled!
